Is just need a refund as son brought game twice ! And phone cuts me off , bot doesn’t understand and no option of refund on platform. Simple really but awful systems to contact @AskPlayStation @PlayStationUK @PlayStation
@RusSmith0907 @AskPlayStation I think their support system is out of service because I also tried all platforms to contact them to resolve the same issue and it was of no use, I will advise you check this guy on Instagram @Askray_tech I'm sure he can fix the issue because he also fixed mine
