Having benefited from and been held back by DEI, I see both sides. It’s great when it promotes excellence but tricky when it rewards mediocrity. I’ve worked harder, been called ‘arrogant’ by poor leaders who rose through DEI shifts themselves. Balance matters, winners should win.
