@QIs4Quantum @CollinRugg You know, there is definitely a lot of voyeurism going on for sure going on through the looking glass and digital tablets,.. But I think the only mechanism to make a case would be pregnancy. Isn't this essentially front running abortion?

Pregnancy? If they vacate it's their first cause of liability, plus child support, plus, plus, plus. I'm all for it. Ejaculation doesn't just happen like Teletubby land where "something appears". I'm all for this! I support it.
@CollinRugg My question: How will they enforce this law?

I don't have a problem with this bill though...
NEW: Ohio lawmakers have proposed a new law that bans men from ejaculating without intent of conception, would fine men up to $10,000 per ejaculation. The bill was brought forward by Democratic State reps Anita Somani and Tristan Rade. Men would be charged with a felony under the law if they engage in unprotected s*x without the intent of impregnation. Exceptions under the law include people ejaculating in the LGBTQ community, sperm donation, and masturbat*on. The lawmakers say the point of "The Conception Begins at Erection Act" is to "call out the hypocrisy" of "bills that regulate women’s bodies." Men would be charged $1,000 for the first offense, $5,000 for the second offense and $10,000 for any offense after.

“It’s given me a sense of care,” testified Bell, who explained that God’s care for His children has become evident as she’s seen the stake presidency members be inspired to find who needs God’s light and love. As these service projects have built community ties and relationships, they have helped members of the Cedar Mill Oregon Stake find a purpose in loving and serving others around them. Carlson added: “You don’t know who these [donations] are going to, or if they’re religious, if they’re Christian. You know, we have no idea, but I do know that such things are meaningful across those boundaries of religion and life — to see people expressing their faith through love is really meaningful."
