There are no words to fully express how painful it is to share the passing of Coach Demetrius “Mete” Poles on May 20, 2023. A husband, father, son, brother, and coach to many, Mete changed lives everywhere he went. You will forever and always be our Coach of the Year.

Today marks one official year since Coach Demetrius Poles left us. Coach Poles made a profound impact wherever he went and we are lucky he chose us. It is difficult to put into words what he meant to our program and the Rowan community. We miss you coach. #SISU
