Robots don't save staff time, just change staff activity (setting up the robot, cleaning it, etc). Quelle surprise.
"A growing body of evidence is finding that robots tend to end up creating more work for caregivers." It's quite common to see techno-optimists avoid the potential harms of automating care, but seems even more common that they dodge the unproven benefits.
