Have taken a break since this became known as "X, formerly known as Twitter." Been missing all the posts of writerly folks.

@Humanbeingalso Happened to me too. They let me know that they could not meet and bring samples unless my husband was present. I told them it was I who made all the decisions in our family about redecorating / remodeling and more important that I be present. Sheeesh!

@BarlowAdams @JaredPovanda No, we aren't. Was getting over it, but if being indicted doesn't slow the roll, my anxiety will rev up again.

What do you think about Trust by Hernan Diaz or Master Slave Husband Wife by Ilyon Woo? Especially want to hear what you think about Trust.

@MrsWhitehouse74 If in a safe public place with others around, point and laugh. It will humiliate him when his intention is to shock. Sad, sad person who gets their kicks this way.

@iSmashFizzle Around age 77 all the females in my family start to fall. They break a hip and it's downhill from there. Scary that it's always a fall, so I figure if I can just not slip...

@cliffgarstang Good deal; I like it. Agree that words will eventually blend into one. I'm finding that there are many more hyphenated words than one would think and have trouble deciding whether or not to hyphenate sometimes.

@cliffgarstang I see your point, but still think guest room is better than using one word. What about breakfast room? I still think it describes the function of the room, but every rule has its exception (especially in English).

@cliffgarstang Guest room, a room for a guest. Simple adjective to describe a noun.
