@UncensoredCMO @MartinW93129709 Actually you (singular) adopted Spotify instantaneously. But the public (plural) didn't. Many prior attempts, Kazaa etc, failed. It took 10 years for music downloads to become widespread. I used a cellphone in London in 1989 and people shouted abuse at me.

@WeLivetoServe @GrumpyAgencyGuy No it is a great film, but the historical inaccuracies are pretty extreme. The Hollywood depictions of Scotland, and Ireland can also jar, since the plucky-peasant narrative works well, whereas they are two immensely sophisticated cultures.
