You can't apply 14AM against POTUS or former POTUS because it conflicts with Article 2. It's that simple. If 14AM were intended to add another means of removing POTUS or to add a new qualification to be POTUS, then 14AM would've SPECIFICALLY included POTUS textually. It doesn't.
