Checked my app analytics and found some unexpected devices 👀 Didn’t even know people still used iPods—let alone could download current apps on them! 😅 And surprisingly, someone out there is using it on an Apple Vision too.

Morning surprise! First submission, kinda expected it, but still frustrating... First app with subscriptions, and Apple doesn’t like showing the annual price per month. 😅 Should have used @RevenueCat new paywall builder instead of coding it, would’ve been easier to change ! 👀

Probably the most frustrating thing about working on mobile apps: getting logged out of App Store Connect way too often. It’s 2025, Apple please give us refresh tokens already! 😩

App is still waiting for review, but it got approved on TestFlight which helped me catch a few bugs 😅 Morning task: fix them and submit a new version! 💪

Today is submission day! 🚀 Releasing the app this morning so Apple can review it and still have time to work on ASO & the App Store page. Double-edged sword though, if they approve it, I’ll have to submit again, but if they reject it, I didn’t lose half a day waiting. 😅

@alex_b27g Thanks for your insight, a week is probably what's best for my use case then ! And would it be better to have it on the yearly or monthly ? Or both even ?

I knew I didn’t like making screenshots, but now I remember why 😭 Made them on an iPhone 15, then an iPhone 16 Pro, neither had the correct dimensions... Checked Apple’s docs, and of course, they don’t accept their latest models for screenshots. 🤦‍♂️

@jerrevdh I already have a small draft for the app. Not sure if writing the complete app store description before is a good idea because I would include too many features that wouldn't be in the MVP 😅

I've been using @TryAstroApp since I've started my journey, but the last weeks I've been trying @asodevapp They work well together, is good for competitor analysis and finding new keywords, but I find Astro better for keeping track of keywords.

@kadikraman Would be a great tutorial ! Two patterns I have in mind would be : - Onboarding setup, displaying it only on first launch and then loading a tab navigator. - Authentication : What is the best way to handle different stacks when logged in or not

Not been very active here last week but still busy building! Started working on a new app: a Habit Tracker. I know, super original 😅 but it’ll help me stay focused on my goals & lets me play with Widgets for the first time. Obviously, I hope to make some money with it too! 💸
