@VerminusM You have a good point. Terror organizations like Al-Qaeda typically don't rule a territory and once they are in charge they start being the ordinary government like ISIS. Nazis were terrorists until they took over Germany itself. So to with Hamas and Gaza.

@VerminusM In the US we are more formal. For example in classrooms growing up I had to say Mr. Last Name as my teacher. That was public school. However in US Religious Jewish schools Kids say Morah First Name. or Rebbe Last Name.
