Self serve isn’t even an option because I need to use card stock paper. Life has become expensive enough without yet another company nickel and diming customers. I guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I asked for a discount code for future purchases to make up for the mistake and was denied that too. Are you going to provide true customer service and make this right? These are your employees and hires and them providing incorrect information should not burden customers.

@HarveysCanada very frustrated. You sent an email for a chicken nugget deal and then it doesn’t load in the app! Doesn’t show in coupon wallet! Went to a location to resolve and order and they won’t honour it, despite noting that it’s not working in the app. This is ridiculous.

@ToyotaCanada what are you actively doing to address parts shortages? attempted theft/break in to my highlander that has left my driver side door handle unusable. No ETA for replacement parts. I’m 6 months pregnant and can’t easily get into or use my suv.
