I respectfully disagree. It began as soon as I wore them but I love them so much that I will be ordering another pair. I sure hope it doesn’t happen again.
@RobynThiessen Hey there! We are sorry that we were not able to replace your shoes, however, we do not apply or use grease on the eyelets of our shoes. The issue you're experiencing, considering that the shoes are nearly a year old, indicates that this was caused by external dirt.
