- prep food in advance. Big pots if chilli etc. Shove it in the freezer for easy dinners.

- Avoid exercising in a binder where you can. Exercising can be a dysphoric experience, but you need to be able to breath. Consider a well made sports bra, or specially designed binding tape (NOT DUCT TAPE)

- Avoid binding for over 8 hours a day. I know it's tempting, but it really isn't worth it long term.
- Take regular breaks. If you are binding at school/work consider binders that are easy to remove to give yourself a break (front zip, side Velcro etc)

'People who menstruate' is a great phrase as it includes intersex folks, trans/nonbinary people, and girls/teens who are not yet adults.
There are also many women who do not menstruate due to birth control, menopause, PCOS etc. So simply saying 'women' would be inaccurate.
Among people who menstruate, the length of their menstrual cycle may vary according to their ethnicity.

There is still an air of mystery about acting.
Things like 'What is a headshot/agent/Spotlight?'; yes, Google can provide answers - but you need to know what to Google. Context is just as vital as the information itself.
