My wife & her friends came from Moldova over the past 8 yrs w/ less then $100 in their pocket. Yet today 50% own a home in VT, NC, ND & FL while buying during last 2 yrs or less. Remaining friends have enough $ to buy but haven’t decided where they want to settle down just yet🤔

Reading my mind!!! Most of the males are long haul truckers & make a nice salary. While most of the females went into coding do equally as well. Each one cost a few thousand and ur done training in a few months vs years w/ a $100K+ degree that more or less is useless😐
