Another great step for #PanattoniIberia! We’ve started construction on an 85,000 sqm logistics park just a few kilometers north of #Lisbon. The first phase of the investment, now underway, covers 53,000 sqm across three multi-tenant buildings. Ideally located with direct access to the A1 North motorway, it connects Lisbon with Coimbra and Porto. The facility is designed with a strong focus on sustainability, aiming to maximize resource reuse from the demolition of existing structures.

Exciting Milestone for NEWPORT LOGISTICS FUND! I am proud to share that Newport Logistics Fund I has successfully sold its 32,000 sqm Amsterdam warehouse project, achieving an internal rate of return (IRR) of 20.3%. This facility, located just 30 minutes from Amsterdam and Utrecht, has been acquired by a global company that will use it for production and distribution.

This new €90 million investment in #Rzeszów region will support BSH Home Appliances Group ongoing growth and rising production demands. The 73,000 sqm facility will expand the production of Bosch and Siemens small home appliances.

Panattoni has completed the sale of Park Ansbach to the international real estate investor #Patrizia. This 33,500 m² logistics park, built on a brownfield site and completed in 2023, is fully leased to #Elsen Logistik GmbH to support their operations in the Nuremberg area.
