Really liked Tim Ireogbunam today, whilst he didn’t do anything amazing he allowed us to play on the front foot more. After he came on we managed to dominated the game after 70 mins of failing to get our foot on the ball. Overall solid performance and would like to see him start.

I trust Gerrard knows what he is doing and now is the best time for these mistakes. It was unlikely we would get top 8 and it’s unlikely we will get relegated. Next season the players will understand better and he will have made signings and then we can judge. For now we support.

We have R9 regen and Cameron Archer as back up to Ings and Watkins. Whilst I think Archer could do with another year on loan not many clubs have 3 top level strikers so what’s the point when there is other areas to improve before. We need to stop wasting money and spend wisely.

Martinez, Cash, Konsa, Mings, Young, Buendia, Chambers, Ramsey, Coutinho, Watkins and Ings It’s risky but I think having chambers at dm will help the defence whilst Buendia helps the attack. Buendia also averages a high amount of tackles per 90 so I think it’s worth a try.

Would like to see Sanson play dm. I think it is worth the risk to try, if you look at his previous number he was averaging high tackles per 90. Nothing suggests he couldn’t be awful at dm, worth a try imo.
