@plushapo Anyway, glad to hear you find some of this useful. It's a tricky genre, aesthetically. Hard to avoid a degree of monotony especially as scale expands. Impressions games and Anno series probably the best at solving those problems for me... also the most puzzle-like games though.

@plushapo If it's just about atmosphere, the bronzed art deco look is good but I feel like I'd struggle to interact with it and might feel monotonous. The clay model look is very cool, but I'd want to see more architectural language.

I think the way everyone, witnesses and police alike, just shrug and explain that the kid just ran in front of the truck goes to show where sympathies extend. Everyone can imagine being the driver, nobody imagines being the kid.
