Always good to get back down to the free-draining, improving and expertly-maintained @Haylinggolfclub - played the spare hole today - 14a - hit it to three feet and then missed the putt - I think that actually says more about the opposition (@HankleyGM & @gordyross) !

Delighted to play England's newest (we think !) course today with @JezzEllwoodGolf, @katgolf14 and @anarey_sport - the relocated @BasingstokeGol1 which has a really fun and playable new course which is effectively a complete redesign of the course formerly known as Dummer

Very enjoyable in every respect... including the result !
Not often you get to say this... but I just played a brand new English golf course today @basingstokegc on the site of the old Dummer course with @RobGolfBeer @katgolf14 & @anarey_sport. Excellent and interesting green complexes and incredibly dry underfoot for mid-Nov
