I remember on the left I was so proud of myself for losing 70 pounds… I finally let my dad take a photo of me (willingly) and now I’ve lost 170. So proud of myself, every single day.

@RoamingKam Just knowing you were ever that humongous size is a huge red flag. I can only imagine what you're hiding under the clothing. Your body never truly recovers after being that much of a slob. Starch marks, extra skin. It's best to just be healthy your whole life instead of looking.

Also it is sad how many people don’t know how to mirror a pic. I stood opposite so I mirrored the photo to match. Which then flips everything. Google mirroring a photo! 🤣.

I did! I had skin removal. My scar has since healed even more. Had skin removed all over.

See those faint scars on my arms? Those are from skin removal. I’m thankful most scars are in hidden areas and have either completely faded or healed. I love my scars though, they’re a reminder of how far I’ve come in my weight loss journey. ❤️

I’m not going to lie, I am still guilty of checking the scale every single day. I think about every bite that I eat. I may have lost the weight, but the thoughts have not subsided. Losing weight is a mental AND physical journey. It is not easy & I still battle daily.

I do NOT miss having sleep apnea. I was beyond miserable before losing weight. So many health issues and they’re all GONE now.

Nope, just trauma from being bullied in elementary school and told I had fat pig cheeks when I smiled. I got oinked at so therefore I don’t like to smile with teeth now.
@RoamingKam You’re a lively girl and your weight loss journey is fantastic. But question: how come you never smile? Tons of photos, none with teeth. Do you have braces you don’t want to show?.
