AMERICAN HORROR a Reality Imaginarium experience. 800 one minute clips randomly played from floor to ceiling in an infinite channel surfing fever-dream of an era long past. The clips were derived from American Horror and American propaganda/ education films from the 40s, 50s, and 60s. Cut into one minute segments and randomly stitched back together using an ffmpeg script. Thanks to the support of @ekg.berlin, @antoangel17, and @studio1111berlin this production was absolutely incredible! Seeing people watch, for just a moment, “Werewolf in the Girls Dormitory” (1961) side by side with “I Want to be a Secretary” (1941), before the channel flipped to “What is a Corporation” (1949) and “Chamber of Horrors” (1940). As I reflect I tend to come back to a few thoughts… What’s is horror now? And Are we so ambivalent to our current reality that we cannot see the horror that pervades our contemporary culture?

Last Friday was the @seekfind.world film festival at @sohohouse Berlin. Thanks to the incredibly talented @tabithaswanson_ and @julia_brandmann I was able to screen my AI short film "AI's TRUTH?" The film is a three-part anthology generated from Text-to-Text, Text-to-Video, and Text-to-Audio AI models. Produced, directed, and composited by @riverxart, with vocals/audio generated by @jonxsworld. Watch the full video on my website.
