Ryan Day will remain with the Buckeyes until at least 2031 after the latest contract. 🔐ing up one of the best coaches in college football is never a bad move.
Ryan Day and Ohio State have agreed to a new contract. It's a seven-year contract that will keep Day as coach of the Buckeyes through the 2031 football season It will add three years onto his current agreement and will be valued at $12.5 million in total annual compensation.

@farwell3d I think you nailed it. If he doesn't get promoted soon then he will take a HC or OC job elsewhere like he almost did at WV. Have to take the chance eventually to see what he can do as an OC.
