In the early hours of Saturday morning my step dad past away after a miracle three years with cancer having been given 6 months to live. The disease tried to take his dignity, it failed. A loving grandfather and a man so stubborn in the face of adversity. The bars been set high.

After lockdowns I realise that in some way my mind continued to be locked down in some way. I got used to, when not working, not seeing friends. Although I love my work and will continue to develop that I know in 2023 I need to see people a little more and commit to that.
