Canada doesn't have Freedom of Speech. Freedom of expression in Canada is protected as a "fundamental freedom" by Sec 2 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. The Charter also permits the gov't to enforce "reasonable" limits. Hate speech, obscenity, and defamation etc

This is an interesting case. The Charter, while protecting your freedom of expression, doesn't mean that you're free of all of the consequences of said expression.
Your employer/accrediting body may have standards and ethical considerations that need to be upheld to practice.
