Starting a new job next week at a small family owned firm. Can’t fault my current employer for giving me a start as a new driver but got a really good feeling about this new gig 🤞🏻

Don’t know how drivers who regularly start at 1am do it. Did it once this week and it’s knocked me for six! Feels like an awful time somewhere between a night shift and early shift. I’ll stick to 3am starts for now thank you 😴

@7hashtag7 Haha, done the same when I was shunting trying to stop a loaded pallet falling off. Funny how we naturally try to react to something you can’t stop happening!

Second week driving and suffered a blowout on the motorway. Scary experience, caused damage to the truck with debris flying all over but onwards and upwards! Was quietly pleased when the recovery driver said I did a good job as a newbie keeping the truck upright after that 🙌🏻
