@MissMartinPE @WannaTeachPE We go rock climbing with some over 2 days, film the skills and they can obtain 8+. The only tricky bit is the competitive situation but undertaking a few speed climbs seems to be enough. You are unlikely to go above a 12 for top performers but as a 3rd sport it works.

@HWT_PE 8:25, my Yr 13 form have assembly once each Wed and form on a Friday so are expected in for those but can turn up just before P1 or whenever their first lesson is using their flexi reg. It’s an electronic system that tracks when they enter/exit

@HWT_PE Business attire which can also cause issues as some don’t always wear blazers which is expected. It does work well, provides an opportunity for them to be mature but is a great carrot to remove if they are not working well or not attending on time/at all

@MrJamesPE @The_EverLearner @OCR_PhysEd Not hugely but they have work experience that is slap bang in the middle which is helpful but also frustrating as they lose a bit of momentum. The usual suspects do lose a bit of motivation but I feel they would do the same whatever way we taught it!

@MrJamesPE @The_EverLearner @OCR_PhysEd Like a few others, we teach the content required for it in Yr 10 (plus some Paper 2 topics) and crack on in the summer so it’s finished and handed in. Ideally marked in stages so it’s not left for the class teacher to spend their summer marking masses. Mop up any tweaks in Yr 11

@AaronCrockett90 Don’t know, I think a fully fit Shaw against Lamal is a yes, but Tripps has defended well when required and it could be the same tactics with Shaw on at half time once Tripps has helped stop Lamal for Shaw to offer more of a threat if needed
