A truly high level and insightful discussion this morning on @WAMCRoundtable, largely on the highly complex and divisive issue of how to handle the broader issues presented in the latest Border/Ukraine/Israel package being rolled out in the U.S. Senate.

Talked to a very engaged group of future corporate lawyers today in a business law survey class at @AlbanyLaw. We covered the use of preferred stock and other investment vehicles in complex corporate transactions. They asked lots of good questions.
