@InterestedChap @roberts_dano Would it be through CPS as interfered with criminal proceedings or through civil and ministerial disciplinary hearings?

@InterestedChap @roberts_dano Ah I thought you was insinuating I was. Difficult in 3 way convo to understand who it was being aimed at. No, understand that. But I’m on about if say the MP was found to have been doing what allegedly people are saying then what is the recourse of action against that person

@InterestedChap @roberts_dano Sorry only now seeing. As you wrote saying about libellous when I wasn’t. I was posing questions to get an answer. What would happen if CPS didn’t get at time and then later it was evidenced would that be back to CPS or separate systems again?

@InterestedChap @roberts_dano You would like to think that would be the case and would not get involved. Which is why I said if what’s being stated online is true then there are alternative means of disciplinary action against a person for doing so and wanted confirmation

@InterestedChap @roberts_dano Ins and outs of this case. Hence why o posed question. But again as agreed and confirmed by both of us it would need evidence to support as in any case 👍🏻

@InterestedChap @roberts_dano Thanks for confirming that’s what I was asking/stating at time not just this case but any case where it can be evidenced 👍🏻

@InterestedChap @roberts_dano Like that was evidenced and could be supported then separate cases would be brought.

@InterestedChap @roberts_dano Yes I know there has to be evidence. But I wanted confirmation that if someone influenced at a position of MP regardless of this case any criminal case they would be in danger of civil and breach of code of conduct do you agree?

@InterestedChap @roberts_dano Surely they would be brought one before the commissioner and 2 a separate civil matter could be brought and relevant t authorities would then deal with it

@InterestedChap @roberts_dano I’m asking as example and it’s being construed into something else. As you said CPS did did diligence brought a case and as a jury then would have had to acquit him not CPS. But I then asked due to what seeing all over the questions if a person of influence as MP has influenced

@InterestedChap @roberts_dano I haven’t seen all case findings evidence etc but from what is being said on both sides the consensous being banded round is that position of influence has been allegedly used to influence a case that they had no authority to be involved in once CPS was involved

@InterestedChap @roberts_dano My question was not about criminal activity as I said a civil cases can be brought the person affect through a civil case/lawsuit what you are referring to is solely the criminal side
