This is actually hilarious. So HotTopic came to Roblox and they couldn't make the account right away because "hott" got censored on the signup page, only then to uncensor it. I managed to snipe the account FIRST, then two hours later they changed the username to 5002_Reset.

I discovered a new major Roblox security risk, please retweet so this spreads. I discovered if Roblox bans your account for an inappropriate username and then you appeal, Roblox has to reset your username. The old username will be untaken and you can just make the account.

But, a FATAL flaw happened where they transferred the username but they (somehow) let me RIGHT into the account bypassing the two step and everything. It took them almost a whole day for them to notice this even happened. I was able to see everything on that account.

This bypasses using the password and two-step verification if there is one. Assuming you can do the opposite and take the reset username before they appeal, you can get into anyone's account using this. This also explains how I managed to gain access to the Hot Topic account.
