I pleaded with the NYT to write about our injuries and what we have faced. They downplayed my injury to the public. To date we remain abandoned, unresearched, and uncompensated. As someone deeply rooted in science, I quickly learned that the vaccine world is one of the cruelest in medicine. It is the only place in medicine where they will label the sick, berate and deride them online and deny their suffering.

But they fail to tell you in that social contract that when things go wrong, the system is there to deny you and protect the industry, not the citizen. Mandates without robust safety nets is unethical and immoral. I’m living this nightmare daily, abandoned by science, the industry, my government, and the pro-vax community. They censor you, label you anti-vax. Vaccine injury the cruelest part of medicine I’ve ever witnessed in my life.

Finally my fellow democrats realize we need to talk to everyone and NOT lecture anyone! Censoring and silencing people only drives misinformation. As someone injured by Feb covid vaccines, I’ve been censored by the Biden admin, ignored and labeled an anti-vaxxer (which I am not). We have been abandoned by our government.

The upside is that for the thousands of us who suffered severe adverse effects from the Covid vaccines, we may finally get the acknowledgement and help we deserve. The previous administration worked to censor us and deny our existence which I find immoral and unethical. We can’t ignore the taboo part of science or it’s anti- science!

There are also Thousands of us who did what was mandated of us and suffered severe harms from the covid vaccines. We have been censored, hidden, completely abandoned. Left to suffer in silence without any media voice to help us advocate for research and help. None of us will likely receive any compensation. I lost over 500k in wages from my medical career to date and have piles of medical bills. Still no doctors really know how to help us. Maybe there is will be someone with a shred of humanity and open mind to finally help us. My pro-vaccine colleagues, shut the door in our faces and became some of the cruelest people I know in medicine. Putting your back for the lives saved, doesn’t mean you turn your back on the taboo part of science. Doing so is inhumane and anti science. I’ve been begging NIH for 4 years to take our blood samples for research. Zero interest. And so our suffering continues.

As one of many many people who have suffered server adverse effects from the COVID vaccines and have been censored and abandoned, this is possibly one of the brighter hopes for us that help or research may be possible! The way the current system deals with vaccine adverse events is cruel, broken and lacks humanity. As someone rooted in convential medicine, it came as a rude awakening when it happened to me.

@elonmusk Many of us would like to know if acknowledgment, research and help will finally come to those of us who have suffered severe adverse effects from the covid vaccines. We have been silenced and abandoned far too long.

Matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) is significantly elevated in the serum of long COVID patients: - Microglia release MMP-9 when stimulated by SARS-CoV-2 Spike protein - "MMP-9 can disrupt the polysaccharide scaffolding of the brain matrix & digest tight junction proteins, thus disrupting neuronal connectivity. MMP-9 can cause vascular inflammation and increase blood brain barrier (BBB) permeability" (The COVID-19 vacciantion status of the study participants was not taken into account) (An increase in MMP-9 has been documented in patients with systemic inflammation following COVID-19 vaccination:

Normocomplementemic urticarial vasculitis (UV) following influenza vaccination: "The exact mechanism underlying the development of UV following vaccination remains unclear." "Accumulation of further cases and research is required to investigate the clinical course and underlying mechanisms of vaccine-induced UV."

Secondary T-cell deficiency (particularly affecting CD4 T cells) & chronic spontaneous urticaria after COVID-19 vaccination: - "The precise mechanism underlying this occurrence remains unknown, although there have been numerous reports highlighting the association between COVID-19 vaccination and autoimmune disorders." - During his treatment period, he received another COVID-19 vaccine, got COVID-19, and the doctors administered additional vaccines (pneumococcal conjugate vaccine 13-valent, herpes zoster vaccine, pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine 23-valent, and diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis vaccine) "to prevent further complications."

Otitis media with ANCA-associated vasculitis following COVID-19 mRNA vaccination -> "The pathogenesis of adverse events following COVID-19 vaccination are still unclear. This report has indicated that ANCA-associated vasculitis can be related to COVID-19 mRNA vaccines. As our knowledge of autoimmune disease developing after COVID-19 vaccination is still in the accumulation phase, it is relevant to amass such case reports and use them for assistance in diagnosis in the future."

Type 1 diabetes mellitus caused by COVID-19 mRNA vaccination: A case report and literature review of 17 published cases -> "New-onset type 1 DM has been reported after COVID-19 mRNA vaccination. Clinicians should maintain a high index of suspicion and pursue early testing for the same to reduce adverse outcomes and improve long-term prognosis."

Guillain Barré Syndrome (GBS) 4 weeks after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine -> Case of a 66-year-old woman. She died. "Despite the treatment, a deterioration of respiratory function led the patient to premature mortality."

New onset of neuro-Sjögren's syndrome 9 months after the 3rd COVID-19 vaccine dose -> Case of a 34-year-old woman. "This case highlights the need for increased vigilance and research into vaccine-induced autoimmunity."
