Thailand 60 Day
They pulled me at immigration, I was out of the country 3 months, they told me I can’t be coming and going on tourist visa. What bunch of BS!!
I was doing 2 months in and 2-3 months out. So only 6 months total year in Thailand.
Anybody else experience this?

Guys don’t look at chicks on their house size or if they live in an apartment. Cooking is a bonus but lot woman can’t cook nowadays. So there is something else here missing.

Local Rapid Train 2nd Class Seats (Fan Only) from Sisaket to Buriram. Having the window open is awesome.
First impressions, I’m liking it here. Modern shops and restaurants, many coffee shops. Seen many clean restaurants walking around.

Malaysia & Bali now have it. It’s fantastic—no need to talk to an immigration officer. Just scan your passport and go!

Here is why the gym is closed at 7pm…
Since Covid, the casinos streamline everything. Labor is expensive. So they only want pay 1 shift for gym. 5:30 a.m. – 7 p.m. so they are paying an opening shift and then a closing shift which could be total 3-4 people.

This Khao Man Gai tort (fried chicken rice) and clear soup from a Michelin Guide stall in the food court at EmQuartier is even better than the famous Anthony Bourdain hawker center dish in Singapore! 80 Baht.
360 baht total for dinner for 2 with a coconut ice cream dessert.

Bánh Mì Hai Cây Xoài is Vietnamese fast food done right! Spotted locals pulling up on motorbikes, ordering, & grabbing Banh Mi’s to take home. Had to try. It was SO GOOD that we went back for 2nds & 3rds!

Half Burrata & Prosciutto and Spicy Seafood. Calzone was amazing! They Sell craft beer which was good also. Total for Pizza, Calzone, 2 Craft Beers $23.50. It’s So Good!!

Tried Khao Soi Maesai in Chiang Mai after reading about it on a blog. The Michelin-starred khao soi and kanom jeen nam ngiao were decent. Place was packed with farangs though 🤣.
Two bowls and a tasty Thai tea for just 115 baht ($3.27).

The Dentist are different in Thailand than US. The dentist does everything & has 2 assistants. Went twice for checkup & cleaning so far was 900 Baht each $25 and just went for a cavity filling 1500 baht $42. Never gave me an X-ray, no shot, they don’t floss you. 5 star reviews

Charred eggplant - Delicious!
Wok-fried seafood noodles - Pretty good. Chicken pho (good flavor, but lukewarm).

Local Thai food in Las Vegas:
Pad Prik Khing and Pad Kee Mao. These were about $20 each off Uber Eats—pretty good but expensive.
I hate ordering Thai in the States because I know I can get this for 50-75 baht back in Thailand. 🇹🇭

I purchased the super premium 4 roses 🌹 $61. I give it solid B. 86% proof. I prefer if this was bumped up in 90s. Very interesting taste. First impression is flavor super mellow / smooth, then a burst of flavor n tannins hits. I can taste a ton of oak n spices. Very Unique !!

Nimman Expat Home in Chiang Mai:
Paid $16.46/night after taxes, but they offer long-term stays for just 4400 baht/month. It has a small gym and shared kitchen. Very basic room, I seen many foreigners here. Good location.

Rental that $400 is nothing if AC breaks, water leak, tenant destroys walls, tenant moves out. Insurance and HOA increases. And you could be fk if rents drop.
I compared my properties purchased vs SP500 and I got crushed with total returns. SP500 > Rentals.

The local workers speak better English than in Bangkok.

One of my favorite meals in Seoul was at Gaeseong Traditional Dumpling House. Tried the mix of 3 dumplings—pork, kimchi, and mushroom. Michelin-awarded and absolutely delicious! I love the bonchon dishes they give. Cucumber soup was so good.
