This is chilling from the NYT. Republicans have unleashed a flurry of litigation, 90 lawsuits filed across the US…three times the lawsuits filed before Election Day in 2020. Even if Kamala wins, our country is in for a bloodletting.

I am sickened by the 2nd assassination attempt against former Pres. Trump. I’m grateful he is safe. He needs to speak out against violence, stop spewing hate against Swift and others and tamp down his rhetoric on false comments about Haitians legally here in US.

The Georgia shooting continues a tragic pattern. Like the mother of Adam Lanza who bought him the gun to somehow make him feel better, the Georgia father appears to have done the same thing. If their kids were pyromaniacs would they hand them a match?

These guns, some illegal, were found in a 51 year old man’s home in an upscale scale neighborhood in San Mateo. The man was threatening suicide. What if he decided to turn the gun on someone else? Would invoking the red flag law earlier been appropriate or possible?

So on this women’s equality day, commemorating when women first go the right to vote, please remember how important your vote is to restore a woman’s right to control her body this November.

Kamala did it! Now it’s our turn to do it. Time to buy airline tickets to AZ and PA or caravan to NV. Are you in?
