Today we celebrate 85 years since the first Social Security check was issued. I am committed to protecting this program from dangerous cuts and making sure it works for those it serves. Recently, we passed the first expansion of Social Security in DECADES. Read more ⬇️.

The Social Security Fairness Act repealed a provision that unfairly reduced benefits for 92,000+ CO seniors who worked as educators, firefighters, police officers, & other public servants. Thanks to the new law their monthly benefits will increase by an average of $360-$1,190.

As a mom, I know how hard it can be to travel with young children, and unclear TSA policies shouldn’t add to that stress. I helped introduce the BABES Act to make it easier to fly with breast milk & baby formula & ensure moms don't have to worry about how to feed their infants.
