PASSED☑️ My bill to prohibit any federal ban on the use of hydraulic fracturing just passed the U.S. House. When President Biden took office, his administration took a 'whole of government' approach to wage war on American energy production, pandering to woke environmental extremists and crippling this thriving industry. My legislation that passed today is a necessary first step in reversing Biden’s war on energy by preventing the federal government from banning the use of hydraulic fracturing. House Republicans are working to END the war on American energy! I am blessed to represent America's most prolific oil and gas producing region and am committed to unleashing energy in the Permian Basin this Congress.

TODAY, I voted YES on H.R. 27, the HALT Fentanyl Act, which @RepMGriffith and @boblatta introduced. As an ER physician, I have seen firsthand what fentanyl does to the body. I have treated too many young patients who have overdosed, and America has lost too many lives to this crisis. This was a no-brainer to vote yes to HALT Fentanyl.

We send our deepest condolences to the families and friends of Ryan O’Hara and Sam Lilley as they navigate this difficult time. Both of these young Georgians shared a passion for flight and for serving others, and this terrible tragedy is that much more difficult knowing their lives were cut so unexpectedly short. Marty, the girls, and I ask that all Georgians join us in keeping their loved ones in our thoughts and prayers.
