President Trump’s across-the-board tariffs will drastically raise costs for families and businesses, from groceries to gas and housing. I’m committed to lowering costs for Granite Staters. That includes fighting these tariffs that will make prices soar.

Sat down with Mount Washington Valley business leaders today for a roundtable discussion on how we can continue to strengthen our workforce, support small businesses, and boost our tourism economy. I will always work to bolster the Valley's Main Street economy.

The Mount Washington Valley Adult Day Center provides care and recreational activities for Granite Staters with dementia and memory challenges as well as reliable, needed breaks for caregivers. I was glad to stop by to hear more about their work and the challenges they face.

It is an honor to serve New Hampshire veterans in Congress. This afternoon, I sat down with veterans at the Sweeney Post in Manchester to listen and learn. I’ll always work to bring the voices of our veterans with me to Washington and ensure they have a seat at the table.

Valentine’s Day is around the corner, so I was glad to be able to join 4th graders at Beech Street School in Manchester this morning to make some Valentines for Veterans. We’re looking forward to delivering these to local veterans next month to say thank you.

Today marks 39 years since the loss of the Space Shuttle Challenger crew, including New Hampshire’s own Christa McAuliffe. Her statue now resides on the grounds of the New Hampshire State House as a reminder of her pioneering life and legacy.

The order from the Trump Administration will have a devastating impact on communities across New Hampshire, raise costs for working people and institutions, and make it harder for families to access the basic services they rely on. Read my statement ⬇️

This #HolocaustRemembranceDay marks 80 years since the liberation of the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp. As we honor the memories of the six million Jewish victims of the Holocaust, we must continue to oppose all forms of bigotry, hatred, and anti-Semitism. #WeRemember

This morning, I met with the team at AMR in Manchester to talk about ongoing efforts to address the opioid and addiction epidemic. New Hampshire’s first responders provide life-saving care, and I was grateful to hear from them and learn more about this vital work.

Thank you to everyone who made this event possible and all those that attended. May the legacy of Dr. King always reminds us that change is possible but also that change does not happen overnight. We must stay the course and not give up the fight.

These grants will support the important work of NH organizations helping Granite Staters experiencing homelessness. I’ll keep supporting efforts to grow our housing supply, expand mental health resources, and help people find safe and affordable housing.

The bipartisan legislation I introduced this week with @RepTroyNehls will honor and support our servicemembers who have earned America's highest military decoration. We all owe a profound debt to those who have gone above and beyond the call of duty.

Last year my bipartisan bill was signed into law to cut red tape for veterans seeking to obtain their commercial driving license. This will help address the truck driver shortage, increase opportunities for veterans, and strengthen our economy.

The Medal of Honor is our nation’s highest military decoration for those who selflessly go above and beyond the call of duty. This bipartisan legislation would increase the monthly pension for Medal of Honor recipients and ensure we support our heroes.
