It’s #SchoolChoiceWeek! Every child deserves access to the educational opportunities that best fit their needs, regardless of zip code. As a mom, I know that every student has different needs at school & that no two kids learn the same way. I am so thankful to have a governor.

As a mom, I really appreciate @IAGovernor leading the charge to ban cellphones in our children’s classrooms. Thank you, Governor Reynolds, for ensuring Iowa leads the way in prioritizing students’ learning and mental health. I have no doubt this initiative will improve academic.
Today, I introduced a bill restricting students’ cell phone use during instructional time. We know the impact cell phone usage is having on our students. It’s time to give them the opportunity to learn free from digital distractions!
