@travis_demaria @andjustice4some It basically means the defence has seen the evidence and they believe a judge would agree it’s not strong enough for a trial. Unlikely they will grant the judgment because it’s MJ and they want the buzz :(

Michael is the GOAT. He will never be equaled or surpassed. The Weeknd as an MJ fan & artist he inspired, always uses Michael’s legendary music in the best way. Our King would be proud 👑
I don’t denigrate Michael’s work. He is and will remain the king. Let’s be happy that his music inspired a young artist who makes good use of it 🙌🏼
