@GordonHodsonPhD Thanks for sharing this. I’m always uneasy when submitting (or reviewing) with identifying info in the name of transparency, given so many documented biases in publishing. But what to do about this problem? Will these journals go back to masking?

@GordonHodsonPhD Interesting study and methodology. But leaves me wondering why women must be the ones to change their communication strategy to “overcome the hurdle” of being interrupted. This framing puts the responsibility back on women. How about the men just stop interrupting them instead?🤷♀️
