Steve's fastest oos option is nair which is frame 4 (7 oos)
Lucas is able to setup true on-block mix by landing with upair/bair/fair and then true punish with ACUS making the only counterplay here to be roll.

This is going to be big for chars with Great vertical recoveries like ike and Gnw since now if we can force them to ledge and cover the high recovery. We can tether trump and just kill them off the top with Dsmash since it covers every ledge option.
So we can get the same
Day 2 of Techmas is here!
When you re-grab the ledge in Ultimate you lose your invul. Did you know that all of your ledge animations get decreased Invul as well? With ledge regrab traps many characters can cover all of them with 1 option!

For some reason people really don't like playing against lucas and for my opponent lucas just kills the fun out of playing ult. people dodge the character unfortunately. But that does mean I'm doing something right when my character can just do that and demoralize people Eem!

SH/Snakedash just makes getting in Hell for Kazuya and in response to what we do Kazuya has to go for yolo DA's which we can just microspace and move outside its range and just punish with our moves.
We also significantly fuck Kazuya offstage due to how kazuya stalls

Move Lucas up a tier.
Pk freeze invalidates planking on its own by being able to break the blocks plus hit Steve at the same time from a safe distance. There isn't a lot Steve can do since it can also just call out minecart on reaction and your a sitting duck since your stuck

4th at Sh33rz I beat Scatt but I lost to Jahzz0 and Scatt in the runback with both sets being 3-0
I got amazing advice from the both of them on where to improve in both MUs and I also scored a really good win too.

I'm jump canceling my upsmash to get the 1-2 frames of invulnerability into an aerial. in this case it's zair but if I do the DJCZ input early I get a snake dash. It's a very tight input since you can't buffer it but it's pretty doable

Vod reviewing my coinbox sets and key takeways are that I can punish preemptive options much harder than I could from reaction check moves and I need to dial back my committments when it comes to the corner and when I have centerstage.

While there' is a blindspot infront of lucas when he does zair, there is a consistent way to get the right hitbox for footstool DJCZ
For certain characters you do down and away some straight down some back and drift forward
And you can punish cross ups

3f jumpsquat plus 9f for zair to come out make its a 12f oos move
I forgot to mention but fair and Bair oos has to be spaced or else it'll sour hit

One common thread from learning MU's from ryugacord is that when it comes to landing aerials, whiff punishing with snakedash back is really really good risk-reward since alot of moves have fast startup, safe on block but are easy to punish on whiff. spotdodge and preemptive

I found a Footstool DJCZ Nair Train setup and its kinda fucked up that there are multiple setups into an infinite that the counterplay which would be to sdi doesn't matter if the Lucas just drifts to influence the side you land on.
Oh and also the fact that its setup from dtilt
