My wife pays up front evet year, the nhs send out a prepayment certificate to show when picking up prescriptions, it can show on your local pharmacy's computer systems also if you have prepayment in some cases i believe.

May I take the time. 400k people leave the UK every year. Therefore, we can allow around 400k High skilled workers,docs, engineers,etc, into the UK after applying. This is 1 in 1 out. No illegal migrants will be allowed to stay. Therefore, freeing up UK resources for UK people
