This week we’re launching @myfrido referral program with a sublime data-backed and iteratively built UX. Customers receive a WhatsApp message they can share in a few taps, which has a friend receive a link with personalized pop-up on their site with a discount that gets auto-applied at checkout. When a purchase is made with a referral code, after fraud checks, the referrer automatically gets a RazorPay cashback link on WhatsApp, where they enter their UPI id, and get paid cash immediately.
