@davepl1968 @rycamor Go to your server. Print out all the documentation. Store it externally in a cool, dry place. Use that as your primary source of documentation. See how long it takes till you go mad wondering why you don't just use the digital version. That's why it's freaking people out.

There's a bug with Chromium-based browers that elements of the <select> tag aren't stylable (CSS doesn't work). Seemed like a quick oversight, so I decided to follow the issue to see when it got fixed. ... 5 years ago. It's still an issue.

@davepl1968 @atrupar If there are 3 states, two with one person and one with 10 people, and each with 1 votes for candidate A and the all 10 in the other for candidate B, then candidate A wins despite having 1/6th the overall votes.
