Zero-based budgeting is no fun and requires a lot of effort, but it works. We need to do it at least once to ensure our books are accurate and understand government operations. Like any business, without financial constraints, managers hire more, employees find new projects, and focus on core principles and goals is lost.

I know these teachers I live in Cali. They are just confused. Most of them want their students to do better. Actually, most of them don't give a fuck about politics and have come back to teach in the school they graduated from. What they want is to be left to do their job. It would be better, IMO, if the individuals who teach can just do them.

@elonmusk So de-dup it. Run the dups through an algo that looks at age against contributions and determine an average contribution and reduce your sample set based on standard deviations....common man.
