It's our 40th Anniversary! There's a party on Saturday 9th at Bamber Bridge fc. Free for members. Disco, food and dancing🕺 💃 On Sunday 10th there will be 4 anniversary runs, 2,4,6 and 8 miles, clear your head after the night before. If its sunny, bring a picnic.

It’s the next race in the Red Rose interclub Fell/off road championship on Saturday 28th May. 7 miles and 400m of ascent, entries are via the Si Entries website and the race starts at 2.15pm. Entries close on Thursday 26th May so make sure you enter soon.

Taking requests for fab club hoodies again. We need a minimum of 10 orders. The costs are £32 for adults and £26 for children. Make sure you've tried one for size before ordering as they are non returnable. I'll have adult samples at the Poachers on Thursdays.

Busy weekend next weekend... Saturday 14th, c25k graduation run at Avenham Park, a chance to support a new runner. Sunday 15th Worden Park 10k, the Club's race, either volunteer or enter, its a great medal!
