Love this trade for Houston. You swap Jalen Green for KD to a 52 win team that felt a year ahead of schedule while keeping all your young assets. Meanwhile the Suns are starting to feel a bit Sacramento lite.

Mark Jackson took the Warriors from laughingstock to the playoffs. The Cavs won 48 games & switched coaches. There is some recent precedent. They have a good roster, just need the write offensive minded coach.
Tom Thibodeau built the Knicks up from being a laughing stock to experiencing the franchise's best season in 25 years, yet he's out on the heels of that season. I can get the argument another coach may be needed to get over the hump, but it's still wild when you think about it.
