#Sundance2025: Amanda Kramer's BY DESIGN @sundancefest is a droll yet dark sensory delight. Juliette Lewis flaunts her knack for both slapstick and pathos, but the production and costume design are reason alone to see this.

#Sundance2025: Argentine director Laura Casabé’s hypnotic, horrifying THE VIRGIN OF THE QUARRY LAKE @sundancefest plays with genre expectations to powerful effect. A searing portrait of adolescent female rage and rivalry. Dolores Oliverio was incredible.

#Sundance2025: Katarina Zhu’s debut feature BUNNYLVR @sundancefest was one of the most sensitive depictions of sex work I’ve seen onscreen. Also the rare movie to directly depict the classism within the New York art scene.

#Sundance2025: MOVE YA BODY @sundancefest. This may be the best thing Hillary ever did. If her money helps white listeners realize the Black roots of House, I am all for it.
