Unpopular opinion: Women’s College wrestling should be folkstyle, not freestyle.
Getting schools to add a women’s program when it's folkstyle makes the most sense logistically—same refs, same tournaments, same mat, etc. No extra add on’s for expenses. +Easier for fans to follow

20 years ago, Roper experienced a challenging 0-2 run as an athlete at the NCAA tournament in Kansas City. Fast forward to last night, and we’ve witnessed a full circle moment with Roper standing in the corner as a coach of a national champion. Overflowing with pride for Parker!

I'm tempted to protest all wrestling functions that don't give coaches' wives tickets.
We give back to the sport every chance we have- free tickets are earned with blood, sweat, and tears. We should not have to fight for free entry.
