When you are away from the gym for a while and you get back, TAKE IT EASY! After 4 months away, I was psyched to get back and pick up where I left off. I struggled to carry the weight i would usually carry and couldnt do the same amount of reps. I saw a spin class in session and I jumped in, after 4 months of minimal activity that left me sore for days. It's important to go light and ease back into it. Put your Ego aside, you'll come back for it after a little while of getting the hang of it again.
