And since the Treasury operates under the Executive branch this judge has zero authority to block the executive's directive.
If a judge tried to tell a general how to conduct a military operation, that would be illegal. If a judge tried to command the attorney general in how to use her discretion as a prosecutor, that's also illegal. Judges aren't allowed to control the executive's legitimate power.

@elonmusk Sorry, but I still don't like the idea. Besides depending entirely upon technology that will eventually be hacked/corrupted, leading to safety issues, it puts ride hail drivers out of work. There is no system designed that won't eventually be hacked by some determined bad actor

IMF gives Pakistan a hotel as a bailout, then we begin leasing rooms with tax payer money to the tune of hundreds of millions which goes directly to Pakistan? Who paid for the renovation to bring it back to readiness after it was given to Pakistan?
