I love to say I told you so. This is the ultimate metaphor for failures of the ACA and healthcare central planning. CMMI was at best a waste of time and now we see its central purpose, cutting spending -- saving money -- was an abject failure.

And let's not forget, she may not have a part d plan soon because premiums have been skyrocketing since the IRA passed. Some plans have been cancelled. So not only may she not have the NEXT drug that won't be innovated @CZ , she may not have a part d plan at all. .
If you think that cost is the number one issue for people battling disease, then you have another agenda. Which is fine but you do harm to the fight against disease by promoting price controls.
