That's dope brother. I started inversely. I started being much more conscience of my calories when I was about 19-20. Lost about 60lbs. I started going to the gym last year at 22 and down about 30 more. Not lifting super heavy but it's a start. Not into MMA, but my girl used to do boxing and she was thinking about getting back into it again and I was going to do it with her.

@Arwan_59 It's been about a year in the gym so I wanted to see where I was at comparatively. Literally over 100+ lbs up in most lifts. It's crazy to actually see it in recording.
